Ahhhh so tired, we have been in NY, Geneva and now Zurich... going on 19 hours now, trying to get to Florence. Somehow all of our flights to Zurich were cancelled ... Kooo Koooo... now we await the grand prize with glassy eyes and stringy hair. ahhhh, fashion is so glamorous, isn't it!? Anyway I will be away for the week, back soon for more goodies and in the m'time enjoy these hooded beauties...

I discovered the work of Chicago artist BRETT MANNING today at this amazing antique/vintage shop while in Chicago. I was instantly taken by her use of color (yes Brett is a girl) and tribal and underlaying spiritual (natural) influences. Have a look at her website here for more of her amazing work. Kind of obsessed, too many great pieces to post. I will have to do a knitwear specific post as her hand for knitwear is beyond fantastic... and looks like she too has a crush on Vincent Gallo.
