Such tragic news today for the fashion industry, the passing of Alexander McQueen is such a great loss for the world. He was one of the most prolific, inspiring, limitless, creative talents of our time. This kind of genius is rare and it is such a shame to come to the realization that he was struggling internally. To the outside world he had the perfect life and on the inside it was pain. Such a shame. As a friend said to me today when I said 'life is weird' he reminded me that 'life is real'.... Alexander's passing is a true reminder of this. We will all miss your incredible gifts you had given to us.
